Our firm

Our Firm of Lawyers has been operating for several years. It was founded by Wiesław Michalski, a lawyer specializing in civil and criminal law as well as providing services to business entities.

Each of our lawyers operates as an independent legal firm - they are all members of the Bar of the Wielkopolska Region.

Agata Michalska-Olek, Ph.D. comes from a family of lawyers.

In 2004, Agata Michalska-Olek defended her Ph.D. dissertation "The Supervisory Board and the Management Board Within the Legal Framework of Cooperatives" at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2004, Michalska-Olek has worked pro bono, providing legal advice to worthy clients at no cost. During 2004-2006, Michalska-Olek published weekly legal advice in "Tygodnik nr 1."

The firm also employs legal trainees and cooperates with legal firms in other Polish cities. We also accept students for vocational practice.

Owing to the highest standard of service, and diligent approaches by each of our lawyers, the firm enjoys an excellent reputation and its numbers of clients are increasing exponentially. Each of our experts deal with individual cases and prepare comprehensive legal opinions.

As legislation keeps on changing and in line with decisions of the Supreme Court our lawyers continually improve their professional knowledge, monitoring rulings published on official websites and using legal databases with commentaries such as LEX OMEGA.

In accordance with the requirements of law some contracts have to be drawn up in the form of a notary deed. In such cases our firm cooperates with highly reputed notaries.

We support the view that the position of an advocate is a profession of public trust. The advocate is obliged to act in accordance with professional ethics principles, which are approved by the Supreme Bar Council. Moreover, in accordance with the commentary to ยง 8 of the Principles of Professional Ethics, advocates must provide services conscientiously and while exercising due diligence.
